About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on stickerpack.co.uk ("Stickerpack", "we", "us"). Stickerpack is a trading name of Reactive Brands Ltd (company number 14689133), 9 Craftsman Square, Temple Farm Industrial Estate, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 5RH. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy.

Your artwork

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything in the artwork you upload, including logos, characters, photos and text, and that printing it won't infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark or other rights.
• You agree to cover any claims, costs or losses we incur because artwork you supplied infringed someone else's rights.
• We may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, any order we believe infringes someone's rights, or is offensive, hateful, illegal or otherwise unsuitable.
• You keep all rights to your artwork. We only use it to make and deliver your order, and to let you reorder it. We won't use it in our marketing unless you give us permission.

Proofs

Before you pay, you see an instant proof showing the size, shape, cut line, border and material. By choosing "Yes, print this" you approve the proof, and we print to it. If you ask for changes, we'll check them by hand before printing and contact you if anything isn't clear.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before printing, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Colours and tolerances

We print as close as possible to your artwork. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and between materials and print runs. Cut lines have a normal tolerance of up to 1 mm.

Personalised goods

All our products are made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 doesn't apply. Faulty or misprinted orders are always put right. See our Refund policy for details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses or business losses, such as lost profit or a missed event date.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you also have the protection of the mandatory laws of the part of the UK where you live.
