What file formats do you accept?
Upload PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, PDF or Illustrator (AI) files up to 20MB. Vector PDF, AI or SVG files print sharpest at any size; for images, a transparent PNG at 300 DPI is ideal. Please send artwork without cut lines drawn in, as we add those for you. Got an EPS? Email it to us and we will set it up.
How should I prepare my artwork?
Use a PNG with a transparent background for the best die-cut, ideally 300 DPI at the size you are ordering (for example 600 × 600 pixels for a 5 cm sticker). Keep important text and detail a few millimetres in from the edge. Logos on a plain white or single-colour background are fine too: we remove the background automatically so the cut follows your design.
Can I see a proof before I pay?
Yes. After you upload, you get an instant proof showing exactly where we will cut. You can change the shape, border and background colour, or tap Request changes and tell us what you need. We check every file by hand before printing.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days). UK delivery usually takes a further 1 to 3 working days. You will see an estimated delivery date before you order.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Otherwise it's £3.49 for Standard (2-3 working days) or £3.79 for Express (1-2 working days), after your stickers are dispatched within 48 hours. We also ship to Europe, the US and worldwide, and the price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return my stickers?
Because every order is printed to your own design, we can’t take returns or give refunds if you change your mind. That’s why you approve a proof before you pay. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or different from your approved proof, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll reprint it or refund you, free.
How do I reorder the same stickers?
Every order confirmation email has a Reorder this design link. It opens the sticker builder with your artwork and options already loaded, so you can change the quantity or size and check out in a minute.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can make one brilliant sticker or thousands. Per-sticker prices reduce as your quantity increases.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our sticker materials are water-resistant and scratch-resistant. Premium Vinyl works particularly well on bottles, laptops, equipment, and outdoors.
